Shipments and returns

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS (flat rate shipping) with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Shipping fees include packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

As a 501(C)(3) non-profit, we do not claim any expenses.  Shipping must be charged to orders that do not qualify for local pick up.

Local pick up is only availble to residents local to our home location (friends, family, business associates).  This information is not made public.  If you are not sure if you qualitfy for lcoal pickup, there is a good chance you don't.
